咖啡巧克力薄荷小蛋糕~

哈哈~^^跟环蛋第一次在家里做的小蛋糕。。真的很好吃哦~没想到淡淡的咖啡香味再加上巧克力薄荷的凉凉配搭起来是超级棒的。。环蛋很厉害噢想到用咖啡粉~我也不赖啦想到用巧克力薄荷呵呵~环蛋说这小蛋糕要变成以后我们的招牌甜品。。希望真的会成噢xp 等着哪一天^^
个天还剩下的小蛋糕,环蛋把它变成像brownies~把小蛋糕拿去洪热了,加上一粒香草冰淇淋再淋些溶化的巧克力然后撒点花生粉~这比单单一个小蛋糕还来得跟加棒~好吃!我还要再做:)
RECIPES:
butter -50g
margarine -75g
sugar -90g
salt -pinch
egg - 2no
plain flour(sieve) -150g
baking powder(sieve) -5g
milk -30ml
nescafe coffee power-2 pkt 
andes peppermint chocolate(crush) -1 handful or more
chocolate chip-1 handful or more
METHOD:
1) mix butter,mararine,sugar and salt till creamy.
2) pour in egg,mix well.
3) add in sieved plain flour and baking powder,mix well.
4) then pour in milk,mix well.
5) add in coffee powder,mix well.
6) lastly add in peppermint chocolate and chocolate chip,mix well.
7) pour batter into muffin cup till 3/4 full,sprinkle some chocolate chip on top of the batter in each cup.
8) bake in preheat oven for 15-20min at 180C.
