2013新年饼~杏仁饼和黄梨酥

新年快乐!今年在家很闲空所以打算做了一些年饼本来计划要做5-6种类的年饼结果只做了两种。。就是杏仁饼和黄梨酥~这两种饼我都超喜欢的。。尤其是黄梨酥喜欢它的饼皮很松又很香,爸爸比较喜欢结识一点的他就把一些放在冰箱里也好吃哦~杏仁饼也很香吃多不会腻也不会很甜~
 

我的杏仁饼很美吧?^^我用牙签一笔一画写上去哦~有点不简单。。不过看到结果这么美也觉得很值得啦哈哈~黄梨酥的工也很多不过也觉得很值得~第二次做的黄梨酥比较美也就是下面这张用牙签压的花纹蛋黄涂的比较多黄梨膏也放的比较多就变的很完美~

今年单单这两种就做了好多份因为一些带回古晋一些放在这里一些给坏蛋一些给朋友~虽然连续几天都做饼做到整身酸痛都觉得很开心很值得因为有坏蛋放工回来会帮我按摩呵呵xp ~
 吃了黄梨酥就会旺旺旺一整年哦^^

面包超人饼干~Anpanman cookies

好久都没上来写部落格了,我的部落格都快发霉咯~ 现在超级空闲的我终于可以上来写写东西了。这次做了“面包超人饼干”相信不管是男女老少看到这饼都会觉得它是超可爱的^^
很可爱吧~我超喜欢的~看了心情都会变好饼干。
我把眼睛和嘴巴的部分加了咖啡香精,味道让人有惊喜哦。。没想到加了咖啡香精吃
起来特别香很好吃~脸颊和鼻子的部分呢我就加了草莓香精~味道也很不错~这正体的配搭简直是“完美”喜欢喜欢; )
拿了一部份草莓面团做了心形~
这食谱是跟我之前做的水果搭的饼皮的做法是一样的只是加了香精~这饼干放在冰箱后再拿来吃感觉不错哦^^
Ingredients:
plain flour 300g
icing sugar 70g
butter 150g
egg 1
vanilla essence 1/2tsp
coffee essence 1 1/2tsp
strawberry essence 1 1/2tsp 
Methods:
1.Beat icing sugar and butter till creamy.
2.Add in egg,mix well.
3.Mix in plain flour and form into dough.

4.Divide the dough into 3 portion,mix one of the portion with coffee essence and another  portion with strawberry essence.
5.Chill in refrigerator for 30mins.
6.After chill roll out the dough into shape.
7.Bake in preheat oven at 180C for 20mins.

CORNFLAKES COOKIES

HAPPY 2012 CHINESE NEW YEAR!^.< very happy that i have four day off from new year eve to the three day of new year..and this year i baked 2 type of cookies..pineapple roll & cornflakes cookies..this morning baked cornflakes cookies with chen jie whoo~within 2 hours we finish baking that was pretty fast.. 
My cornflakes cookies can up to 2 plastics container and the pineapple roll filled up 1 container..look nice~
 INGREDIENT:
ICING SUGAR-65G
BUTTER-125G
EGG YOLK-1
VANILLA ESSENCE -1TSP
MILK POWDER-20G
HOEN KWE FLOUR-60G
PLAIN FLOUR-160G
CORNFLAKES-80G
STEPS:
  1. beat icing sugar and butter till creamy.
  2. add in yolk and vanilla essence mix well.
  3. then add in milk powder,hoe kwe flour and plain flour,mix well to form a dough.
  4. roll in cornflakes,make into a ball shape.
  5. bake in preheat oven at 180C for 15-20mins.

Pineapple Rolls~黄梨饼

This is my first bake of year 2012, pineapple tart.After my orientation i still have the energy to bake haha~its been pretty long i have not bake pineapple tart i think the last time is about 3 years back,that time i still cook my own pineapple jam,but this time i will just buy the ready made jam it so easy the taste not bad too~ my dad request me to bake more chinese new year cookies because he said the chinese new year goodies at outside everywhere is selling quite expensive~but i am quite busy with my internship now so unable to bake much cookies..But i will still find time to bake this again..i love this~
This is my family favorite (pineapple tart) nice cookies~
Recipes
Ingredients:
120g-butter
30g-icing sugar
140g-plain flour
40g-cornflour
1/2tsp vanilla essence
2 egg yolks(beaten)
pineapple filling
GLAZE:egg yolk(beaten)-1
METHOD:
  1. combine butter,icing sugar,plain flour,corn flour and vanilla essence into mixer,mix briefly.
  2. add in beaten egg yolks to form a soft dough.
  3. roll flat dough and cut into stripes then place pineapple filling on it and roll up.
  4. glaze surface with egg yolk.
  5. bake in preheated oven at 170C for 20-25 mins,cool down and store in airtight jars.

CHEDDAR CHEESE GERMAN COOKIES

 Cheddar cheese german butter cookies...a cookies that will melt in mouth when you bite it..^^this cookies is specially baked for my best friend, i like the texture of this cookies it melt in your mouth..and i just can't stop eating it one piece after one piece.. damn have to control if not i will eat up all the cookies haha..this cookies is super easy to bake and it require only 5 types of simple ingredient and don't require a lot of time to bake..within 1 hours you can finish baking.. 
 Ingredient:
Butter-125g
Icing sugar-40g
Potato starch-125g
Flour-80g
Cheddar cheese-20g(grated)
     Method:
  1. Mix butter and icing sugar in mixing bowl till creamy.
  2. Add in potato starch and flour mix well and form into dough.
  3. Roll out dough and top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in preheat oven at 170C for 18min.
  5. Cool and ready to serve:)
 I feel that by topping some cheddar cheese on this cookies make it more prefect : )
 This is the original german cookies without the cheddar cheese topping..
This cheddar cheese german cookies,german cookies ,chocolate chip & oat cookies is nicely packed into box and is ready as a gift for my best friend..^^

Chocolate chip & oat cookies

OH I LOVE THIS..so yummy..baked this for my best friend birthday ..this is consider quite a healthy cookies as there is lots of oat in it :) Packed some for my other best friend(Miss J) she love it so much..i myself love this version is because this is not so sweet..^^ yum..yum..if you are a oat lover then u must try this..
Ingredient:
Butter 70g
Caster sugar 50g
Egg 1
Plain flour 75g
Baking soda 1/4tsp
Oat 90g
Chocolate chip 50g
Methods:
  1. Cream butter and caster sugar till creamy.
  2. Slowly beat in egg stir till well.
  3. Sift flour and baking soda together.
  4. Fold in sifted flour and baking soda,oat and chocolate chip into mixture(step 2).
  5. Roll out mixture using spoon.
  6. Bake at pre-heated oven for 180C for 15-20min.
  7. Cool and ready to serve.

COFFEE COOKIES :)

coffee coffee..i love coffee everything that is coffee flavor i will love to try it^^yummy:) this recipe is given by my cousin a very nice coffee cookies...once you take one to eat you will sure take the second pieces and it is damn nice that you cant stop taking ended up you will eat about 5-6pieces at a time>.<when you bite it you will taste the coffee aroma is super fragrant ... i love this coffee cookies very much,thanks to my cousin by sharing such a delicious cookies recipe:) 
Ingredients:
  • 150g butter
  • 75g icing sugar (i put 45g)
  • 1/2 egg
  • 200g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder + 1tbsp hot water
  • 2 tsp coffee paste
  • 1 tbsp rhum (optional)
Method:
1. Mix butter,icing sugar,egg in mixing bowl.
2. Add in plain flour,instant coffee+hot water,coffee paste,rhum(optional),mix well.
3. Use nozzle to pipe the mixture on baking tray.
4. Bake at pre-heated oven at 150c for 25-30 mins.
5. READY TO SERVE:)

This cookies is so delicious that the next morning from a full filled container left only half of it :)
This is before bake,the first batch i adding chocolate chip on it,this cookies goes well with chocolate chip next time will add chocolate rice into the mixture:)

Chinese New Year "Almond Cookies"

 
Chinese new year is coming..now full of new year recipes i want to try so excited so i decided to try this almond cookies.when my brother,dad and mum tried the cookies they said it super nice and very fragrant...feel so happy haha..because my brother said taste better then outside sell and he said i baked so many type of cookies this is the best cookies..and my family told me to bake this for the chinese new year..hehe..it a easy recipe. 
>>YUMYUM~~use red food colouring to dot it on top of the cookies to make it more nice<<

INGREDIENTS:

A
120g almond powder
180g plain flour
120g caster sugar (i reduced to100g)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

B
120ml corn oil or sunflower oil

METHODS
1. Combine ingredient A and B in a mixer and mix to form a dough.
2. Roll out and arrange on baking trays.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-20mins until lightly browned. Cool well before storage.

Teddy Bear Lollipop Cookies

Hehe..look cute and nice right love it..this is a project given by our college we have to set up a buzzer at downtowtown east selling any item so we plan to make this cookies,me and 2 of my friend baked 300plus cookies within 2 days include packing and bahbahbah..it was so tiring,but is worth because we won the 1prize with this project..we was so so happy hehe and proud of ourself..

INGREDIENTS:
120g low protein flour
60g corn flour
120g butter
60g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
1/4 tsp salt
some white icing 

METHOD:
1.Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluff.Then add in essence and salt,cream till evenly.
2.Pour in flour and corn flour gradually,mix well to form dough and chill for 1 hour.
3.Flatten dough to thick sheet and cut with teddy bear cutter.
4.Preheat oven.Place cookies on greased baking tray.Bake at 180C for 20-25mins.
5.Dish up and decorate it with white icing. 

#You can also decorate it with melted chocolate,this cookies also taste very good with chocolate =)
