今天做的香蕉蛋糕满好吃的,香香的香蕉味,软软松松的。还没做的时候我跟坏蛋说成不成功我不知道啊她就一直说会成功的~因为我怕会不成功有点没自信但是材料又买了还是做了它吧再加上坏蛋对我那么有信心,结果还是成功了~发现每次我做完蛋糕还是什么的~妈妈一定是第一个来试然后就会夸奖我做的很好吃之类的~可是这蛋糕我比较喜欢趁还有点热的时候吃~放在冰箱后也很好吃~这蛋糕也超容易做一下子就搞定了很简单~
Ingredient:
A
brown sugar-55g , egg-1no
B
ripe banana-160g(about 2)mash with fork, condensed milk-25g, vanilla essence-1/4tsp, sunflower oil-90g
C
plain flour-125g, baking powder-1/2tsp, soda powder-1/2tsp
Method:1)Beat A till white.
2)Mix B into A,mix well.
3)Mix C and sieve then roughly mix into batter,do not over mix.
4)Pour mixture into foil,bake in preheated oven at 135C for 40-45min.
