开心的水果挞-FRUIT TARTS

这次做的跟上一次做的水果挞还是一样的食谱应该觉得这食谱是最棒的~这次做的水果挞的装饰我超级喜欢的~有没有美到?~如果有派对做这个的话应该很不错,这样美观又会笑的水果挞看了都会跟着笑吧。。哈哈哈>.<
有用心去做的东西就是不一样^^当时心里想的是我亲爱的所以才会做的这样美吧。。呵呵

 Crust:
Ingredients:
plain flour 300g
icing sugar 70g
butter 150g
egg 1
vanilla essence 1/2tsp
Methods:
1.Beat icing sugar and butter till creamy.
2.Add in egg,mix well.
3.Mix in plain flour and form into dough.
4.Chill in refrigerator for 30mins.
5.After chill press dough into tart mold.
6.Use toothpick or fork to poke some hole of the bottom of crust dough.
7.Bake in preheat oven at 180C for 20mins.

Cream Filling:
Whipping cream 400g
Icing sugar 20g
Method:
1.Whip whipping cream and icing sugar.
*whipping cream must be cold and do not over whip.
*if possible chill your mixing bowl and whisk.


Decoration:
1) cooking chocolate(melted)
2) dragon fruit(cubed)
3) strawberry
4) canned peach(wedge)
5) grape

STRAWBERRY CAKE

这蛋糕是今年母亲节我做给妈妈的~装饰有美到哦~可是还有很多地方要进步的,我会多多努力的^^
我买了两束花一束送给妈妈一束康乃馨给我来装饰蛋糕,我把其中一朵拔了一片一片另外一朵整个放在蛋糕上面买康乃馨来装饰实在是太美了也帮我的蛋糕加了许多份,用真花来装饰蛋糕拿出来的时候有一阵淡淡的花香味。。喜欢~
这蛋糕跟我去年在母亲节做的蛋糕方法是一样的~
 Ingredients:
SPONGE CAKE:
optima sponge mix(bake king)-250g
egg-4no
water-50ml
FILLING:
fresh strawberry-10no
whipping cream-250g(whipped)
BUTTER CREAM:
strawberry paste-few drop
butter-250g
icing sugar-300g
STEPS:
1.Mix all sponge cake ingredient for 12min.
2.After mix,pour into cake tin and bake in preheat oven for 45min at 180C.
3.After done,cool down and slide into half.
4.Spread a layer of whipped cream on the sliced cake and place a few pieces of sliced strawberry then spread a layer of whipped cream again,place the other cake on it.(chill for 1hr)
5.Mix butter and icing sugar till light and creamy.divide out 3/4 mixture and mix with a few drop of strawberry paste.(for the cake topping).
6.After the cake have chilled,decorate it with step 5 butter cream.

American chocolate cupcake

好浓好浓的巧克力蛋糕哦~这是在古晋和小叔母在买烘焙材料的时候介绍我这巧克力混合粉做的蛋糕很香叫我可以买来试做所以它就出现在这里了~我也顺手买了我喜欢的stitch cutter~开心
自己再了很多的巧克力粒下去~浓上加浓哈哈哈。。这蛋糕热热或放冷冷都不错哦~
RECIPE:
American chocolate cake mix- 162g
Water- 250g
Butter- 175g
Sugar- 400g
Eggs- 250g
Plain flour- 200g
Chocolate chips- handfull
METHODS:

  1. beat butter & sugar till creamy.
  2. slowly add in egg one at a time.
  3. dissolve the american chocolate cake mix with water in a bowl until it become chocolate cream.
  4. add the chocolate cream into the butter mixture.
  5. carefully fold the flour into the butter mixture.
  6. add in chocolate chip into mixture.
  7. pour the mixture into cupcake paper and bake@160C for 40-60mins.

面包超人饼干~Anpanman cookies

好久都没上来写部落格了,我的部落格都快发霉咯~ 现在超级空闲的我终于可以上来写写东西了。这次做了“面包超人饼干”相信不管是男女老少看到这饼都会觉得它是超可爱的^^
很可爱吧~我超喜欢的~看了心情都会变好饼干。
我把眼睛和嘴巴的部分加了咖啡香精,味道让人有惊喜哦。。没想到加了咖啡香精吃
起来特别香很好吃~脸颊和鼻子的部分呢我就加了草莓香精~味道也很不错~这正体的配搭简直是“完美”喜欢喜欢; )
拿了一部份草莓面团做了心形~
这食谱是跟我之前做的水果搭的饼皮的做法是一样的只是加了香精~这饼干放在冰箱后再拿来吃感觉不错哦^^
Ingredients:
plain flour 300g
icing sugar 70g
butter 150g
egg 1
vanilla essence 1/2tsp
coffee essence 1 1/2tsp
strawberry essence 1 1/2tsp 
Methods:
1.Beat icing sugar and butter till creamy.
2.Add in egg,mix well.
3.Mix in plain flour and form into dough.

4.Divide the dough into 3 portion,mix one of the portion with coffee essence and another  portion with strawberry essence.
5.Chill in refrigerator for 30mins.
6.After chill roll out the dough into shape.
7.Bake in preheat oven at 180C for 20mins.
