My present^^

Present gived by my lovely brother,my 2 bestfriend..this year is the least present i receive because every year i will celebrate my birthday at malaysia as my relative are all there so i get to receive lot of gift and ang bao haha..but i love my present this year all are useful..
 There are apple vinger,colour pen,pen,pink bag(very special) and accessories hanger^^
This miss j very cute still write a sweet note on the wrapped plastic,LOVE U TOO

Pariss International Seafood Buffet Restaurant -(Birthday Celebration)


A happy birthday celebration day with my family,my dad,mum and brother^^this day my dad said lets try the marina square(Pariss International Seafood Buffet Restaurant) and i was so happy because is a buffet,so we have our lunch at there and it not expensive for adult  lunch is only S$29.80,and you can get to eat (fresh oysters,prawns,assorted sashimi,sushi,dim sum and lots of nice food) this restaurant is a MUST for food lover.Now i missing their prawn salad very nice(>.<) 
This are pizza and laksa.
The fresh seafood on ice counter,their prawn very fast finish a full plate of prawn can finish in about 10mins and the staff will take a full plate of prawn again and again,we just sited beside this counter that why i know hehe..after taken this photo my parent said :did you see a notice said cannot take photo? then i said: nevermind nobody is looking. Haha but still i kept my camera =,=

 This cake taste average for me but my dad said quite nice,if there is more cookies chip in the cake,it should be nicer.Anyway i think i should order hazelnut delight!
My dad booked a hotel at marina bay sands so below photo is i took from our room hehe just for fun!

My 18th birthday (with bestfriend)

FOUR LEAVES(Strawberry Shortcake)

On my 5/12/10 was my big day which is my 18th birthday hoho...me and my two bestfriend miss g and miss j planned to have our lunch at scape(sakae sushi) then after that we will go for a karaoke at kbox.
But when i was almost ready to stand out of my house my 2 lovely friend came to my house with a cake i was so shock^^..so we have this strawberry shortcake for our lunch and sakae sushi will pushed to dinner...

When we eat our first bite of the cake we looked at each other(eye open big) saying this cake is was very nice,the cream like milk and everything was so nice and not sweet..while eating the cake me and miss g keep saying Mmmm..the cake is very delicious..the cake is super nice haha..this cake they bought at NEX shopping mall which have just newly open at FOUR LEAVES.

Look at it so juicy and yummy..this chicken wing taste quite good and they putted honey..this chicken wing remind me of the bbq chicken wing..feel like going for a bbq =.=

SAKAE SUSHI

wow..all yummy food from sakae sushi..i order foods that i don't usually order oo i love it all fresh taste..because everytime i will order lots of sushi hehe this time order something different..now i missing the seaweed >.<

Salmon my favorite whether they are raw,baked or stir-fry it still taste the best hoho..
See the big black bowl is the sakae salad inside have corn,seaweed,salmon and bah...first time trying this taste quite fresh and nice, next time i will still order it again hehe...do try their sakae chawanmushi which is the small black cup you see in the above photo taste delicious.

Teddy Bear Lollipop Cookies

Hehe..look cute and nice right love it..this is a project given by our college we have to set up a buzzer at downtowtown east selling any item so we plan to make this cookies,me and 2 of my friend baked 300plus cookies within 2 days include packing and bahbahbah..it was so tiring,but is worth because we won the 1prize with this project..we was so so happy hehe and proud of ourself..

INGREDIENTS:
120g low protein flour
60g corn flour
120g butter
60g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
1/4 tsp salt
some white icing 

METHOD:
1.Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluff.Then add in essence and salt,cream till evenly.
2.Pour in flour and corn flour gradually,mix well to form dough and chill for 1 hour.
3.Flatten dough to thick sheet and cut with teddy bear cutter.
4.Preheat oven.Place cookies on greased baking tray.Bake at 180C for 20-25mins.
5.Dish up and decorate it with white icing. 

#You can also decorate it with melted chocolate,this cookies also taste very good with chocolate =)

Simple Chicken Burger


Just a very simple chicken burger haha..even a 5yrs old children also know how to do this..this burger is done at midnight hoho for my brother he had been calling mcdonalds delivery for the past few nights so instead of callling mcd this night we make a burger ourself .. by me and my brother we just use ingredients we just bought at afternoon,this burger is damm easy and taste simple but of course if there is onion,egg and vegetable in it,it will taste more yummy,overall this simple chicken burger still taste quite nice^^

Ingredients:
1 Burger bun
1 Slice of cheese
1 Chicken patties
Some black pepper
Some mayonnaise
some chilli sauce

Methods:
1.Slice burger bun into half,set aside.
2.Put chicken patties into mircowave for about 10-15mins.
3.Put the cheese on the sliced buger bun,after then put on the baked chicken patties.
4.Pour some black pepper,mayonaise and chilli sauce on the baked chicken patties.
5.Ready to serve..

Egg Tarts

 
Mmm..Fresh from the oven~~~ 
This is an easy egg tarts taught by my aunt a few year back ago.This few days my house is doing some painting so i wanted to do some egg tarts for my family to enjoy^^ after a whole day of house painting..they love it so much >.<

INGREDIENTS:
225g Flour
150g Melted Butter
75g Icing Cream
1 Egg

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
75g Granulated Sugar
150g Boiling Water
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk

METHOD:
1. Mix flour,butter and icing sugar together,Fold in eggs,knead into a soft and smooth dough.Then form into a roll and dice.Press dice into tart moulds and set aside.

2.To make fillings, pour boiled water into sugar,stir until sugar dissolves.Allow to cool.

3.Beat egg and stir together with evaporated milk in sugar syrup.Mix well and pour into tart moulds.

4.Preheat oven for 15mins then bake at 180C for about 30mins.Ready to serve.
