Healthy Chinese Dessert~~TONG SUI~~

Whoo..such a hot weather, boiled a big pot of tong sui for my family to cool down..added lots of ingredients inside so shiok chewy it..i always love to add ice to it make it cold and cool meanwhile i am so in love with this tong sui everyday come home from outside will definitely open my fridge and scoop a bowl of tong sui and add lot of ice to cool myself down..i think that those outside selling one have too little ingredient so i rather make the tong sui myself^^ 
Ingredients:
Dried white fungus
Dried longan
 Dried red date
Lotus seed
Rock sugar
Water
Methods:
1)soak white fungus in water for a few mins,discard water and cut into smaller pieces.
2)soak red date for a few mins,discard water and cut into half.
3)soak lotus seed for a few mins,discard water and cut into half.(if there is germ inside remove it)
4)pour water in pot add in white fungus,red date,lotus seed and dried longan,bring to boil for about 30mins or until the water turn brown then add in rock sugar to taste.
*above ingredient you can add how much you like:)

HOT DOG BUN

My first bread very happy i make it^^this bread is easy to do and the texture was soft i like it..my mum said i did a good job haha..not bad first time bake bread have this result hoho..baked this bread during a very hot weather made me sweat like i having sauna good can burn my fats..will bake bread again this weekend : )Hot dog bun this is my and my brother favorite..yum yum >.<~~simple and nice^^
Ingredients:
Bread flour-200g
Salt-3g
Instant yeast-4g
Warm water-100g(best at 30C)
Egg-20g(about half an egg)
Butter-20g
Filling:Hot dog,pizza topping cheese
Methods:
1)Sprinkle yeast over water,stir till yeast dissolve,leave for 15mins or bubble appear.
2)Put flour,salt,sugar and butter together.
3)Pour the foamed yeast and egg,mix well and knead for about 10mins.
4)Form into smooth dough and place into a bowl cover with plastic wrap.
5)Rise at warm place for 1hr30mins or till 2-3 time in size.
6)After rise use finger to poke a hole if it doesn't bounce back mean its done then knock back the dough.  
7)Divide the dough into few portion,rest for 10mins.
8)After rest, shape the dough,put the hot dog or to your desire filling.
9)Rise for another 40-50mins then egg wash.
10)Bake in preheat oven for 15mins at 200C or till golden brown.
Cheese stick added too little cheese=.=!
Kosong~plain one i spread some strawberry jam taste delicious~~

CHEESY CHICKEN BAKED RICE

Just bought a new stainless steel bowl while doing grocery shopping with my mum at ntuc supermarket and i use it on that night..wow very fast haha..i love this bowl..^^i find it very useful guess what..my mum bought another new bowl same as this only the size slightly bigger a bit..i baked this yummy cheesy chicken baked rice for my brother and he enjoy it with a tin of coca cola light..delicious..this is also a very fast and easy dish to do: )
Ingredients:
4 pcs roasted honey chicken wing(cp brand)
1pcs hot dog(sliced)
some grated mozzarella cheese
a bowl of cooked rice
some olive oil
some bbq sauce
Methods:
1.Take out the meat from the chicken wing.
2.Mix chicken wing,hot dog,olive oil,rice and bbq sauce together.
3.Top with cheese and bake in preheat oven at 180C for 15mins or until cheese melt and become slightly golden brown.
Mmm~~nice~~ ^.<

Prima Taste LAKSA


 Believe most of you have seen this black prima taste instant laksa package at supermarket and is quite expensive compare to the other instant noodle..one package cost around S$2++ nearly S$3.00.this was bought by my dad as he like to try new thing..but ended up my brother try first..as he usually will cook instant noodle or spaghetti for his supper.



The coconut soup have a very nice aroma..now we can have a bowl of delicious laksa easily within 15min at home it is almost the same taste as the outside selling one..but if this is the yellow or rice noodle it were be more perfect for me as i not so into la mian..
We add with some hotdog, egg and fried galic and shallot..we find it..it is a must to add in some fried garlic and shallot the crispy of garlic and shallot accompanies with the laksa taste very nice..

BBQ CHICKEN & MUSHROOM HOTDOG PIZZA

I am LATE..last night went to drink with my brother and friend till 3a.m plus..and i have only 2hour plus to sleep before i go to my working place..i set my alarm clock using my iphone before i went to sleep and i sleep till 7a.m something when i woke up its almost 8a.m my god..i am late!! i suppose to be at work place at 7.45a.m but i am still at home the reason is because my iphone was on silent mode=.=!..so ended up i choose to stay at home : P..and i don't want to waste time since i have wake up..so i planned to bake some pizza by the way i still feel a bit hangover while baking..+.=...

I baked bbq chicken with ham pizza and hotdog with mushroom pizza..mm yummy i love the bbq chicken with ham pizza.. juicy and nice aroma..my first time doing pizza result not bad^^ the crust was crispy..


 Ingredient:
PIZZA CRUST:
bread flour-3 1/2 cups
honey-2tsp
warm water-1 1/2 cups
instant yeast-2tsp
olive oil-2tbsp
salt-1tsp
METHODS:
1.mix warm water with salt and honey,then add in yeast mix it stand for 10mins.
2.mix the bread flour with the yeast mixture,knead well and make it into dough,coat with some olive let it rise for 1-2 hour(cover with plastic wrap,warm place).
3.after rise punch the dough down, divide into half and let it sit for 10mins.
4.roll dough into pizza shape,sit for 20min.
5.bake the pizza at preheat oven for 200c for 15min.
6.top with your favourite topping and bake for 15min.
TOPPING:
bbq chicken with ham:
chicken breast chunk
cajun spices
mix herb
ham
mozzarella cheese
bbq sauce
tomato pasta sauce
*marinate chicken with cajun spices and mix herb.
Hotdog with mushroom:
hotdog
dried mushroom(soak in water)
onion
mozzarella cheese
tomato pasta sauce
mix herb
*bake mushroom with olive oil ,crush garlic and mix herb at preheat oven at 180c for 10mins and slice it after bake.

D24 durian divine cake~PrimaDeli Bakeries


D24 durian divine cake from PrimaDeli..i pre-order this 1kg cake before 3 days of my brother birthday at nex shopping mall..mm just nice they having promotion for durian cakes..i always love prima deli cake not too sweet just nice^^it been since a long time i didn't eat durian stuff..and my brother also wanted to have a durian cake for his 17th birthday..so i decided to order this..
MY LOVELY BROTHER HAPPY 17TH BIRTHDAY TO YOU! ^.<   
                              

The outer layer is the vanilla fresh cream,the inner part was the vanilla sponge cake and D24 durian fillings..

This is super yummy i think i eaten 3slices..=.=i just wanted to try a small slice ended up a few slices..if i didn't control i may eat more..not just me can't control my family member also.. one slice after one slice a 1kg cake 6 people eaten almost the whole cake only left a bit..wow..THIS IS TOO NICE..YUMMY..DELICIOUS..>.<

Beetroot Egg

OH..MY..what a lovely purple pink egg..every year my and my brother birthday my mum confirm will prepare some red egg using red colouring powder to dye..and we sure must eat up..and dip with soya sauce..but this time i prepared this egg for my brother birthday using beetroot i like the colour its purple pink^^
Ingredients:
1 beetroot
1cup apple cider vinegar 
1/2 cup sugar
3 Egg(as you like)
water(enough to cover the egg)
Methods:
1.Boil egg,peel shell.
2.Boil water with sliced beet root,add in apple cider vinegar and sugar.
3.Put the boiled beetroot water together with the beetroot and egg in a jar.
4.Put in fridge for about 3 days before serve.
The colour went all the way in ,i love the effect..and it is quite special using beetroot egg replace with the red egg : )
