American chocolate cupcake

好浓好浓的巧克力蛋糕哦~这是在古晋和小叔母在买烘焙材料的时候介绍我这巧克力混合粉做的蛋糕很香叫我可以买来试做所以它就出现在这里了~我也顺手买了我喜欢的stitch cutter~开心
自己再了很多的巧克力粒下去~浓上加浓哈哈哈。。这蛋糕热热或放冷冷都不错哦~
RECIPE:
American chocolate cake mix- 162g
Water- 250g
Butter- 175g
Sugar- 400g
Eggs- 250g
Plain flour- 200g
Chocolate chips- handfull
METHODS:

  1. beat butter & sugar till creamy.
  2. slowly add in egg one at a time.
  3. dissolve the american chocolate cake mix with water in a bowl until it become chocolate cream.
  4. add the chocolate cream into the butter mixture.
  5. carefully fold the flour into the butter mixture.
  6. add in chocolate chip into mixture.
  7. pour the mixture into cupcake paper and bake@160C for 40-60mins.
