STRAWBERRY CAKE

这蛋糕是今年母亲节我做给妈妈的~装饰有美到哦~可是还有很多地方要进步的,我会多多努力的^^
我买了两束花一束送给妈妈一束康乃馨给我来装饰蛋糕,我把其中一朵拔了一片一片另外一朵整个放在蛋糕上面买康乃馨来装饰实在是太美了也帮我的蛋糕加了许多份,用真花来装饰蛋糕拿出来的时候有一阵淡淡的花香味。。喜欢~
这蛋糕跟我去年在母亲节做的蛋糕方法是一样的~
 Ingredients:
SPONGE CAKE:
optima sponge mix(bake king)-250g
egg-4no
water-50ml
FILLING:
fresh strawberry-10no
whipping cream-250g(whipped)
BUTTER CREAM:
strawberry paste-few drop
butter-250g
icing sugar-300g
STEPS:
1.Mix all sponge cake ingredient for 12min.
2.After mix,pour into cake tin and bake in preheat oven for 45min at 180C.
3.After done,cool down and slide into half.
4.Spread a layer of whipped cream on the sliced cake and place a few pieces of sliced strawberry then spread a layer of whipped cream again,place the other cake on it.(chill for 1hr)
5.Mix butter and icing sugar till light and creamy.divide out 3/4 mixture and mix with a few drop of strawberry paste.(for the cake topping).
6.After the cake have chilled,decorate it with step 5 butter cream.
