Egg Tarts

 
Mmm..Fresh from the oven~~~ 
This is an easy egg tarts taught by my aunt a few year back ago.This few days my house is doing some painting so i wanted to do some egg tarts for my family to enjoy^^ after a whole day of house painting..they love it so much >.<

INGREDIENTS:
225g Flour
150g Melted Butter
75g Icing Cream
1 Egg

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
75g Granulated Sugar
150g Boiling Water
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk

METHOD:
1. Mix flour,butter and icing sugar together,Fold in eggs,knead into a soft and smooth dough.Then form into a roll and dice.Press dice into tart moulds and set aside.

2.To make fillings, pour boiled water into sugar,stir until sugar dissolves.Allow to cool.

3.Beat egg and stir together with evaporated milk in sugar syrup.Mix well and pour into tart moulds.

4.Preheat oven for 15mins then bake at 180C for about 30mins.Ready to serve.
