Mini Raisin Scones

Scone.. anyone? scone is a type of small Scottish quick bread and the texture is in between the bread and cookies...chewy yum yum~~and is very easy to bake,does not require long resting time..this mini scone is very delicious~my mum love this:)usually scone goes with jam or cream..but i didn't spread any jam or cream by eating plain is already so yummy~thumb up for this! will bake it again soon..^^ 
..Enjoy it with a cup of tea,taste great(relax mood on)..
RECIPES:
CAKE FLOUR-250G
BAKING POWDER-15G
SUGAR-80G
SALT-PINCH
BUTTER-80G
BLACK RAISIN-90G
MILK-50ML
EGG YOLK-1
WHOLE EGG-1
MILK(FOR BRUSHING)
STEPS:
  1. Mix sugar,butter,salt,mix well.
  2. Add in egg & yolk,mix well.
  3. Add in flour(1/2 first)*around 125g flour & baking powder,mix.
  4. Follow by pouring milk into mixture,mix.
  5. Then add in the rest of the flour,mix well & form into dough.
  6. Add in raisin,mix.
  7. Dust flour on table top and put the dough,shape the dough into rectangle shape,place in plastic bag & rest in chiller for 15mins.
  8. After chill roll out dough,use circle cutter to cut out dough.*If you reuse the dough for more than 3 time the scone will be harden.
  9. Slightly brush some milk on the dough before baking.(This is to give a shiny look)
  10. Bake at 200C for 20-25mins. 
Does this look like a scone Christmas tree?...eem 70% like ba~haha^^christmas coming soon still haven decide how am i going to celebrate it ?.?clubbing?maybe..this year i want to wear a christmas hat XP..
HAIZ..got to stop thinking about christmas first..my exam is on the next week and this week is my study week,today going to study very hard..after exam then play super hard haha >.<..if i burnt the book into ash and drink it and it work..image how good it is...lol..okay just kidding..
