This is my first bake of year 2012, pineapple tart.After my orientation i still have the energy to bake haha~its been pretty long i have not bake pineapple tart i think the last time is about 3 years back,that time i still cook my own pineapple jam,but this time i will just buy the ready made jam it so easy the taste not bad too~ my dad request me to bake more chinese new year cookies because he said the chinese new year goodies at outside everywhere is selling quite expensive~but i am quite busy with my internship now so unable to bake much cookies..But i will still find time to bake this again..i love this~

Ingredients:
120g-butter
30g-icing sugar
140g-plain flour
40g-cornflour
1/2tsp vanilla essence
2 egg yolks(beaten)
pineapple filling
GLAZE:egg yolk(beaten)-1

METHOD:
- combine butter,icing sugar,plain flour,corn flour and vanilla essence into mixer,mix briefly.
- add in beaten egg yolks to form a soft dough.
- roll flat dough and cut into stripes then place pineapple filling on it and roll up.
- glaze surface with egg yolk.
- bake in preheated oven at 170C for 20-25 mins,cool down and store in airtight jars.
