My VERY LAST pastry lesson at shatec.. :'( my group member in pastry sze hua & kester..will miss you two guys badly..its been wonderful & lucky baking with your two guys:) & i learn a lot of knowledge of baking.. This lesson we baked muffin and scone..both are super nice! this muffin is a much more spongy texture..i bought back home 1 strawberry and 4 blueberry muffin back home..the next morning when i saw the bread case..you know what? it left only 2 muffin..the other 3 muffin had gone into someone else stomach..consider quite fast..haha i still don't know who eaten it so fast..^^mean is pretty tempting and nice hehe..

THIS WAS PRETTY NICE WITH THE STRAWBERRY JAM YUMMY~~
RECIPES(6pcs)
BUTTER(cold)- 50G
MARGARINE- 75G
SUGAR- 90G
SALT- PINCH
EGGS- 2
PLAIN FLOUR(sieve)- 150G
BAKING POWDER(sieve)- 5G
BLUEBERRY FILLING- 50G
MILK- 30ML
STEPS:
- Mix butter, margarine,sugar,salt in mixing bowl,mix till creamy.
- Add in egg,mix well.
- Add in sieved flour & baking powder.
- Pour in the milk,mix well.
- Fold in the blueberry filling.
- Pipe the mixture into the muffin cup,fill up 2/3 of the cup only.
- Bake for 180C for 15-20mins.
