♥大理石蛋糕♥

哇哈哈哈~开心第一次做的大理石蛋糕就那么成功,其实一直都很想做可是就没去做直道坏蛋说想吃才下定决心做了它^^这蛋糕真的很容易做哦~爸爸妈妈说很香很好吃,我自己也很喜欢因为它不会油腻腻的~第一次做这蛋糕所以花纹没那么美这点要进步了~
RECIPES
Butter 225g,softened (used scs brand)
Caster sugar 220g
Eggs 4no
Plain flour 220g
Baking powder 1tsp 
Milk 3tbsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Cocoa powder 2tbsp
METHOD:
  1. beat butter and sugar,followed by the eggs,one at a time,mix well at each addition.
  2. fold in flour,baking powder,milk and vanilla essence until the mixture is smooth.
  3. divide mixture into 2 bowl,stir the cocoa powder into one of the mixture,mix well.
  4. pour both mixture alternately into foil,use a skewer to swirl it to create a marble effect.
  5. bake for 45-55mins at 180C in a preheated oven.

不想做两份大的所以就把剩下的做成小的,懒惰的我把大的跟小的同时放进烘炉同时一起拿出来。。小的就变的一些些硬~其实小的应该先拿出来不用烘那么久的~所以下次不能懒惰呀>.<
