乌打面包~中种发酵法

好久没有做面包了~这次尝试了不一样的做法期待它会比我之前做的方式还要软结果真的很软还比较有弹性也带有面包香~放了隔夜还是软的~这次做的乌打面包我超级爱的有点不敢相信是我做的哈哈因为真的很棒!吃了一口还想接一口呢~我的小熊包有没有很可爱一下^^,里面是包乌打的~
SPONGE-DOUGH METHOD
Overnight fermentation dough~ingredient :
 100g bread flour ,60g water, 1/4tsp instant dry yeast
Method:
1) Put yeast into water stir till dissolve,pour into flour mix into dough.
2) Fermentation for 1 hour at room temperature,then cover with clip film put in fridge for 12-16 hrs.
Ingredient A:
400g bread flour, 100g plain flour, 20g milk powder, 80g caster sugar, 1tsp salt, 2tsp instant dry yeast 
Ingredient B:
Overnight fermentation dough
Ingredient C:
1 egg, 240g cold water
Ingredient D:
70g butter
Method:
1) Mix A mix well,add in B and C mix into dough.
2) Add in D mix till smooth and elasticity dough.
3) Cover well,ferment for 50min or double it size.
4) Divide dough into 60g each,round up the dough, rest for 10min.
5) Add ingredient and shape up the dough to your desire,put on baking tray with baking paper on,let it ferment for 50min.
6) Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 12-15min.
*If you want the bread to look golden brown you can egg wash the bread before adding ingredient ^.<

坏蛋的面包超人面包,这是坏蛋edit的照片~很好笑不知道为什么我做的面包超人一定有一个balagu哈哈哈~

最近爸妈发现了一些我跟坏蛋的事情,知道这一天迟早会到来~真希望我们能顺服他们要拿出勇气顺服他们,我知道他们尤其是爸爸一定会受很大打击只希望你会慢慢接受一切~知道这段时间你很伤心一个弟弟让你每晚睡不好,一个我让你那么伤心,还有妈妈您辛苦了每天都要听爸爸念经心里应该也不好受~就再一次让我不听你们的话好吗,我求你们不要分开我们好吗,给坏蛋一些时间让她做出一些成绩给你看证明她也可以做到的~我求老天爷帮帮我们吧~不管接下来这么样~我绝对不会放弃你~我爱你我爱你我爱你坏蛋!这段时间也辛苦你了~
